The Monthly Giveaway

A community-driven giveaway that celebrates our members each month — gift cards, Oilers tickets, moccasins, electronics, and more, hosted on the official members’ Facebook page.

How it works

Enter. Engage. Win.

Who can enter

  • Registered off-reserve members of WFLFN #459
  • Members may win once every 3 months to keep it fair
  • Hosted on the official WFLFN #459 Off-Reserve Support Program private Facebook page — program members receive a special access code to join

Monthly entry challenges

Entry criteria change each month and may include:

  • Sharing cultural stories
  • Posting photos of community involvement
  • Answering trivia about Whitefish Lake First Nation history
  • Participating in community polls

Winners are chosen by random draw or community voting, depending on the giveaway.

Claiming your prize

  • Winners provide their email, mailing address, and/or banking details within 7 days of winning
  • Prizes are mailed within five business days
  • All winners are announced on the official Facebook page 🎉
The fine print: no cash prizes. Fraudulent activity (fake accounts, multiple entries under different names) disqualifies you from all future giveaways. Disputes are reviewed by the Off-Reserve Committee, whose decision is final.
